Why can't I order RFID wristbands or products online?

To help ensure that you get the right RFID products for your unique application, we offer expert service and consultation by phone. Please call Customer Service at (800) 255-1865 to order RFID products.

How soon will my wristbands ship?

Most stock products ship the next business day. All stock Tyvek® wristbands ship the same business day if ordered by 2:00 p.m. Eastern. Custom products ship 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Shipping times may be longer during summer months.

Why can’t I order RFID wristbands or products online?

Can I expedite my order?

Expedited ordering is available for a small fee on phone orders. You will not be charged unless we are able to fulfill your request, and the amount of time adjusted may vary. For more information, please contact a Web Order Specialist at (800) 255-1865.

I am tax-exempt; how do I not get charged sales tax?

Please e-mail us at cs@wristbands.com or call (800) 255-1865 and provide proof of tax-exempt status. Once you have provided proof, you will not be charged sales on future orders. If you have already ordered and were charged sales tax, you will be credited back the amount you were taxed once we have received and verified proof of your tax-exempt status.

Returns

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our returns department via email at cs@wristbands.com or phone at (800) 255-1865. Please note that custom wristbands cannot be returned for exchanges or refunds. See our returns policy for additional details.

Shipping & Freight

What shipping methods do you use?

You can choose from the following shipping methods.

  • UPS® Ground
  • UPS® 3 Day Select
  • UPS® 2nd Day Air
  • UPS® Next Day Air.

If I select Next Day Air for shipping does that mean I will have my order the next day?

If you choose Next Day Air, you will receive your order the next business day after the shown processing time, once it has been picked up by the shipping carrier. Processing times vary depending on the product, so please check the product page for this information. Weekends and holidays are excluded from business days.

If I order Custom Imprint wristbands and select 2-Day Air for shipping, will I receive my order in two days?

No, it will require print processing time before it ships. Processing time is on the product page, as well as is on the cart page for anthing you add to cart.

Can I use my own shipping account?

Yes, you can use your own shipping account for phone orders. To order by phone, please contact us at (800) 255-1865.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally for phone orders. You will need to contact us at (800) 255-1865 for a price quote and to place your order. Note that prices shown on this website are for online ordering within the USA only.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Do you offer Saturday Delivery?

Yes, Saturday Delivery is available for phone orders. Please call us at (800) 255-1865 for a price quote.

What if my shipment was lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly?

Custom Printing

How do I order custom wristbands?

Most of our custom wristbands can be ordered online. Simply select a custom product and follow the ordering instructions provided on the page. To order custom wristbands that are not on our website, contact us at (800) 255-1865 for a price quote.

Can I add my logo and wording to wristbands?

Yes, you can use our wristband customizer to add your own logo and wording to wristbands.

Can I get a preview of how my custom wristbands will look when printed?

Yes, Customer Service will e-mail you an Artwork Approval Form with a preview of your custom wristbands. Your approval will be required to proceed with the order. Production lead time starts after we receive your approval of the artwork.

How long will it take for my custom wristbands to get to me?

Production time varies depending on wristband style and customization options, and these times are on each product page.

Process: Every custom wristband order must go through our Art Department for artwork approval, which takes a minimum of 24 hours. You will be emailed a preview of how your wristbands will look, which you must approve. After we receive your approval, the wristbands will enter production.
